Emma Glaser
Marketing Specialist
Emma recently moved from her hometown of Vero Beach, Florida to Santa Barbara, California to start her career. She is 23 years old and graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising. While in college, she also taught group fitness classes in Cardio Dance and Barre and loved it because she improved her college experience as well as everyone that joined. Fun fact: She has been dancing since she was three and her favorite style is tap!

She is so excited to be a part of the Alexander Gardens crew as the Marketing Specialist and learn many skills that I can use throughout my life. She hopes to learn how to best communicate with not only her colleagues, but the residents and their families here so that I can help provide a positive experience. She is looking forward to networking with various businesses and really understanding what the job of marketing entails!

Dalia Gutierrez
Business Office Manager
Dalia initially joined the Alexander Garden team as a Medication Technician in 2011, after completing the CNA/HHA program at Santa Barbara City College. Her extreme dedication to residents and their families did not go unnoticed, and Dalia continued to grow in her responsibilities becoming our Assisted Living Coordinator. After completing her RCFE Administrator’s training, she was promoted to her current position where her attention to every detail in the operation of the home is greatly appreciated.

She considers caring for our residents and their families to be a great honor. She often reminds our staff of how much she adores the residents and loves to see them smile. She inspires us all!

When not at work, Dalia enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her 2 children and dancing to Latin rhythms (she is an expert on Cumbia).

Lala Ruiz
